Pan caramelized diver scallops with creamy asiago ravioli and wilted spinach
Karabuta pork loin steak- andouille -bacon roast vegetable wilted spinach, crispy apple cake and demi glace.
Maryland Fried chicken Breast- parmesan cheese grits, warm ginger pecan greens
Moroccan Lamb chops- pan seared vegetables, peach chutney, cilantro yoghurt sauce, & saffron mashed potatoes. Tenderloin- grilled with fingerling potato & gorgonzola hash, fresh vegetables, and chianti demi glace.

Thai beef salad- sliced panang curry marinted beef, lemongrass marinated cucumber & tomato, onion with Napa cabbage, field greens, crisp rice noodles and ponzu vinaigrette.
Seafood salad- shrimp, smoked crab ball, cornmeal fried oyster, smoked salmon breadstick, sweet potato crisp, grape tomato, and field greens. Mediterranean Salad- field greens, shaved cucumber, grape tomato, feta cheese, kalamata olive, roast pepper, with mixed herb- asiago vinaigrette.

BRUNCH is served from 10:30- 1:30 pm sundays and offer discounted bloodyMarys as well as other seasonal specials , and specialty coffee drinks.
