Karabuta pork loin steak- andouille -bacon roast vegetable wilted spinach, crispy apple cake and demi glace.

Moroccan Lamb chops- pan seared vegetables, peach chutney, cilantro yoghurt sauce, & saffron mashed potatoes. Tenderloin- grilled with fingerling potato & gorgonzola hash, fresh vegetables, and chianti demi glace.

Eggplant layer cake- crisp eggplant, roast garlic, roast peppers, marinara, buffalo mozerella balsamic syrup. Pumpkin" Pier-ogies " - pumpkin and butternut squash dumplings with gorgonzola cream, pine nuts
white truffle oil. Thai beef salad- sliced panang curry marinted beef, lemongrass marinated cucumber & tomato, onion with Napa cabbage, field greens, crisp rice noodles and ponzu vinaigrette. Seafood salad- shrimp, smoked crab ball, cornmeal fried oyster, smoked salmon breadstick, sweet potato crisp, grape tomato, and field greens. Smoked salmon- garlic cream cheese, onion, tomato, spinach , creme fraiche. EGGS BENEDICT- traditional with canadian bacon, hollandaise , english muffin.
